About the Role

A growing ABA therapy provider is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join its center‑based team in Warner Robins. Compensation

Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)

Target Earnings:

CS1: $94,000

CS2: $98,000

CS3: $102,000

Sr. CS‑1: $107,000

Sr. CS‑2: $115,000

What You’ll Do Provide clinical consultation and oversee treatment programming

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to sustain client progress

Lead and mentor team members

Implement innovative ABA methods, including Relational Frame Theory (RFT)

Attend trainings, conferences, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

Master’s degree in psychology or related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
