About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager with a proven track record. The Finance Manager is responsible for generating additional revenue by selling finance and insurance products to new and used‑car customers while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and transition them smoothly from Sales to Finance

Assess financing needs through professional interviews

Present transparent financing options and product menus

Educate clients on product value to enhance ownership experience

Process finance transactions, secure lender approvals, and ensure timely funding

Maintain compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations

Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly

Achieve targeted sales and finance goals (CSI and departmental targets)

Demonstrate company values in all interactions with customers, co‑workers, and vendors

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry

Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences

Track record of meeting or exceeding targeted goals

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer satisfaction skills
