Position Overview
We are seeking a Pulmonologist to provide comprehensive care for patients with chronic and complex respiratory conditions. The role focuses on outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of conditions such as COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, chronic cough, and other pulmonary disorders. The ideal physician is patient‑centered, collaborative, and comfortable working in a modern, technology‑supported clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outpatient consultations, follow‑ups, and chronic disease management
Evaluate and treat COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, chronic cough, and other pulmonary conditions
Interpret pulmonary diagnostics including spirometry, PFTs, and imaging
Develop and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support patient care
Provide patient education and promote long‑term disease management
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical quality standards
Participate in a consistent weekly schedule (daytime hours, no major holidays)
Required Qualifications
MD or DO with an active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pulmonary Disease
Completion of an Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary fellowship
Strong communication skills and commitment to patient‑centered care
Comfort working in a fast‑moving, collaborative clinical environment

Familiarity with remote monitoring or tech‑enabled care models
